If it is your first time attending The Dermal Diary you will be required to undergo a First Time Visit consultation. This is the backbone of our reputation and has been designed to extract all the necessary information required to offer you the highest level of service and results for each treatment you receive. The consultation involves a thorough skin analysis, history, lifestyle understanding plus your skin goals moving forward. Photos will be taken using Observ diagnostic technology to look at your skin under the surface and will enable us to tailor your treatment and treat your skin accordingly. You will walk out feeling educated, with a greater understanding of your skin and with a skin plan to follow at home.
