The answer is always 'sleep face up and get Botox' because wrinkles are just an inevitable part of life.
The 'sleep face up' tip is a real thing though, although it doesn't seem fair. Honestly, how can you control how you toss and turn during the night? And who doesn't love a little tummy sleep every now and then?
But it's a weird truth that you will avoid wrinkles and collagen breakdown for longer than people who generally lie on their sides or front.
